I read The Diaper Free Baby by Christine Gross-Loh but there are several other books out there if you just google diaper free or elimination communication. I just borrowed my book from the library.
In the left-hand column you can see a list of books we love from Amazon and one of them is Diaper Free: The Gentle Wisdom of Natural Infant Hygiene by Ingrid Bauer. A quick google search about EC will also yield some helpful sites. At first it can seem overwhelming, but once you read about it, it makes so much sense and you realize that like everything else, you just take it step-by-step and you can do it! good luck!
