Homemade: Recycled Christmas cards

I'm not a packrat in the least, but like to reuse things when I can, including old Christmas cards. Instead of putting them in the recycling bin, I took six Christmas cards from this past season and turned them into 21 gift tags to use for next year. What do you think?

I do this with my old cards, too! have we talked about this before? I can't bear to throw away all those gorgeous cards and I love tie-on gift tags. But yours are so beautiful! I usually just cut my cards up and punch a hole through them. That works, too. And of course, all the scrap paper goes right into the recycling bin, but that pretty much goes without saying, right? Keeping the world as green as possible for the little ones.
