Meditation: Gratitude II

Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.
~Melody Beattie
One can never have too many reminders about how gratitude enriches life.  I'm hoping to keep this warm feeling of contentment and thankfulness and we move into this busy holiday season...

Today I am grateful for:

the generosity of friends
the kindness of strangers
the support of my family
the wonder and adoration in my daughter's eyes...

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Beautiful post... it spoke to me...
I, too, hope to keep this feeling throughout the season, but it is something I have to work on every day.
