Homemade: Wrapped Tins

I'm not a packrat in the least, but I hate throwing things away that could be reused, hence this great and easy project that recycles those hot cocoa containers or tubs of cleaning wipes. They make great gift containers that your friends will be super impressed with!

All it takes is a little paper, ribbon and Mod Podge. Just glue and wrap the paper, do the same for the ribbon (you may need a little help from the glue gun) and--voila!--beautiful gift tins for any occasion. So easy and so cute. Here are my creations:

this is actually something i've been thinking about doing, too! i've been saving up all these containers that i couldn't bear to throw away because they seem so useful, especially when you have all these little crafty bits and toys around the house that would love to be stored in something sassy like this. yours came out adorably. well done.

I love these - a little gift will be so much more dressed up in one of those containers - it's all about the presentation! Hope I can get some crafts like these done.
